Ernest Arathoon

Ernie has been involved in property for over 30 years from new developments, refurbishments and property management.
Ernie has sat on various boards of directors including the board of Bristol city football club for ten years and was happy to enjoy the success of promotion and the newly built facilities being enjoyed at the club today.
Ernie and Nick decided to form a partnership to help others achieve their planning goals and also invest into joint ventures with land and property owners and also achieve private funding for many of the projects.

Nicholas Morley

Nick Morley is a Chartered Architect with 18 years post qualification experience. He studied at Manchester University graduating in 1992 and completed his Part 3 professional examinations at Bath University in 1994 before becoming a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects in 1997.

Having worked for a number of consultancies and practices over the years Nick founded Nicholas Morley Architects in 2008 to provide a full range of services to private clients and developers. Nick has a particular speciality in resolving difficult planning problems, including enforcement action and appeals.

The practice, based in Bristol & Bath, specialises in residential extensions, conversions and refurbishments as well as bespoke ‘new build’ properties. The practice aims to give a personal service that is both cost effective and tailored to their clients specific needs.

Nick is an award winning architect having won the 2011Evening Standard New Home Award for his scheme at the old Winchester Library which was converted into 14 luxury apartments for Beechcroft Homes.
